Adam, DJ Skills Tutor
Adam has had a passion for music ever since he was six years old and was taught to play the piano by his mum. Following on from this he played the violin in the school orchestra and his love of music didn’t stop there! He started his own entertainment business in 2002 and began broadcasting on local radio stations in the area. After attending university and achieving his Bachelor of Science degree in Media Production, he spent four months in the United States, working at a children’s summer camp in up-state New York, teaching children from the ages of 6–13 how to run the camp’s radio station.
After his return from America, Adam navigated the scene of nightclubs in Brighton, and then grew his business to offer private hire events such as weddings, birthday parties, anniversaries and corporate events. Adam has always enjoyed the teaching element and would have loved to return to America to work at the summer camp again. However, with a young family, he stayed in the UK and now combines being a father with tutoring and provding entertainment at a wide range of events.
Adam is an approachable, happy and upbeat individual who is keen to inspire young people to get into the world of DJing, especially at the same young age as he did.
