SIONED
Siôned developed a passion for language learning due to inspiring teachers and school trips to France and Germany. She pursued her interest by completing a degree in French and Italian, followed by a Masters in Italian Culture. After working in recruitment for some time, she decided to become a languages teacher, and since 2012, she has been actively teaching in the classroom.
Siôned is experienced in teaching French to GCSE and A Level students and also teaches German. Additionally, she offers tutoring services for Italian at GCSE and A Level. Some of her former students have even pursued French studies at university. Having lived in both France and Italy, Siôned enjoys sharing her passion for travel and language learning.
LISA
Lisa is a highly experienced teacher proficient in teaching GCSE and A Level French and Spanish to students ranging from ages 7 to 18, including adults. She also possesses expertise in teaching English as a Second Language. Recently, Lisa served as the Head of Modern Foreign Languages at a local secondary school, where she led a successful and dynamic language department while continuing to teach French and Spanish.
Having worked in both Normandy, France, and Paraguay, Lisa's international experience has greatly influenced her teaching style. Her extensive travels have fueled her passion for languages and exploration, which she eagerly imparts to her students. Many of her former students have pursued language studies at prestigious universities such as Oxford and Cambridge, and Lisa finds immense joy in witnessing their continued love for French and Spanish.
MICHELE
Michele's teaching journey began with English and Drama in inner-city schools in London. After a family move to Spain, Michele taught drama workshops and English as a foreign language. Upon returning to Brighton, she spent several years teachingand, with her fluency in French and Spanish, she now specializes in teaching these languages, along with GCSE-level English.
ISSY
Isabel is an experienced native Spanish tutor with over 18 years of tutoring experience. She caters to a diverse range of students, from primary school to degree level, and also teaches conversational and holiday Spanish to adults. Her 1-2-1 lessons are tailored to each student's individual needs and abilities, offering a fun and varied learning experience that incorporates different sources and techniques.
Born in Barcelona and raised in Mallorca, Isabel's multicultural background influences her teaching style. She initially came to England to learn English and pursued a BSc (Hons) in Political Science with German. Her passion for teaching emerged when she started teaching English and Spanish in Malaga, Spain, where she ran a successful translation and expat support company. She also supported expat children attending Spanish school through a homework club.
Issy’s deep enthusiasm for language teaching shines through her engaging and supportive approach to her students' language learning journey.
